WARRANTY AND RETURNS (within the United States):
We stand behind every piece of merchandise that we sell. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or if you have any reservations about it, please contact us. We will work to resolve your issues, or issue a refund on returned purchases. Please keep in mind that you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item to inform us of your intention to return and all returns must be postmarked within 5 days for a full refund.
Also, please note that if any jeweler/mechanic other than ROMANTIC JEWELERS, llc makes any alterations or repairs to your jewelry, the warranty will be VOIDED.
We have a very skilled jewelry mechanic who specializes in the care and restoration of antique and vintage jewelry. If you have a repair or alteration that you wish to have done to the item(s) that you purchased from us, we ask that you contact us firsthand so that we can have our skilled mechanic do the work.
If you choose to take it to your personal jeweler, you may do so at your discretion. However, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds of any kind if the piece has been altered by another jeweler or damaged in the process to customize an item. Additionally, if you have modified an item, it is not returnable.
Returns after the grace period of five days will be allowed solely at our discretion and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. If you have had us modify or customize an item, or you have modified an item, it is not returnable.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with USPS. Do not return the item to ROMANTIC JEWELERS, llc. This will cancel out the USPS insurance.
Contact us immediately and we will help you. You need to retain all original packaging and all pieces of the damaged item and take them to the USPS to file a claim. ROMANTIC JEWELERS will process the claim once we hear from the USPS.
There are no returns or refunds on international orders.
